Financial Institution Support

At SPCi, we offer financial institutions several fraud prevention and investigation services.  We can investigate virtually any type of fraud perpetrated on financial institutions.  We can conduct investigations of mortgage fraud, identity theft, embezzlement, deposit account fraud, transaction card fraud, and counterfeit instruments.

We also offer training of personnel to guard against the many types of fraud that financial institutions handle daily.

Liability Investigations
SPCi offers our clients a full range of services to ensure that you know the history of the people you hire.  We will perform a criminal, civil, and financial background investigation that will allow  full insight into the history of your potential employees. SPCi can review claims involving all lines of insurance, including General, Personal, or Property Liability claims.  We can interview persons, inspect sites/products involved, locate witnesses, and provide expert testimony as to our findings.

Integrity Audits

Cash Handling Audits
SPCi can audit the performance of employees as they carry out their daily responsibilities.  Our auditors are able to ensure that crews are fulfilling their assigned duties, and that they are not taking excessive breaks, or violating other company policies.  In these audits, we will give special attention to safety procedure compliance and other issues as assigned by the client. SPCi can audit procedures or individuals involved in cash handling.  In the event an exposure is found, we are able to suggest measures to prevent loss.  If an employee is found to be in violation of cash handling procedures, we will report our findings immediately and suggest potential courses of action.

Safety Audits

Security Audits
SPCi auditors are able to inspect sites or equipment for safety compliance and exposures.  SPCi can inspect a site for security procedures for physical or practical exposures.  Our consultants will immediately report any exposures and suggest a means of correcting them.
